Full-Time Care Assistant – Essex (IG11) & Surrounding Areas

💷 Pay: £14.07 – £14.47 per hour
🕒 Shifts Available: 7 days a week

  • Day: 06:00/07:00 – 14:00

  • Evening: 14:00 – 22:00/23:00

💙 Your Role: Care Professional

You’ll deliver essential support to clients in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to uphold dignity, respect, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)

  • Assisting with medication (preparation and administration)

  • Supporting with mobility and safe use of aids/equipment

  • Preparing meals and snacks, offering mealtime assistance

  • Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)

  • Offering companionship and building meaningful, positive relationships

    • 📝 Documentation – accurate record keeping
    • 🛡️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed

    Qualifications

    🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)

    Experience isn’t essential – we’ll provide full training. What matters is your compassion, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
