We’re in the process of expanding our dedicated SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) team to shape the future of ERP transformation. This high-impact team will play a critical role in how Vision33 delivers modern, cloud-first solutions that drive measurable value for our clients.

   

This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground level and help define what success looks like. As Vision33’s newest Solutions Engineer, you’ll have the ability to make an immediate impact, influence how we grow, and build your career alongside a rapidly expanding cloud practice. This role also includes performance-based incentives tied to key business objectives.


As part of this strategic team, you’ll partner closely with both sales and delivery teams — helping shape solution strategy during pre-sales engagements, leading compelling demonstrations, and supporting successful customer outcomes. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where storytelling, innovation, and a cloud-first mindset are highly valued.


We’re looking for professionals who thrive in modern Cloud ERP environments – those sales-minded, analytical, storytellers who bring curiosity, confidence, and the ability to lead conversations around transformation. Direct SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) experience is highly valued, but we’re also open to candidates with experience across other leading Cloud ERP platforms.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will: 

  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to architect solution strategies that align business challenges with transformational ERP outcomes.
  • Lead engaging pre-sales demonstrations and workshops that showcase the value of SAP Cloud ERP (Public edition) solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by translating technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Champion the SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) vision internally and externally through compelling storytelling and solution expertise.
  • Provide guidance and strategic insight to internal teams around solution design, services alignment, and customer success planning.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, leadership teams, and internal business partners.
  • Support high-quality customer engagements that drive exceptional client experience and long-term partnership success.
  • Contribute to Vision33’s market presence and corporate messaging through

 
What You Bring: 

  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) or other modern Cloud ERP platforms.
  • Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ERP Cloud platforms such as SAP Business ByDesign, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage, or Epicor.
  • Strong consultative and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven to deliver results.
