Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Test Engineer to join our Complete Vehicle Durability team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will support the design and execution of comprehensive durability testing programs for vehicles, contributing to the development of reliable and high-performing automotive products. You will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure vehicles meet stringent durability standards and customer expectations through systematic testing and data-driven analysis.

• Develop, plan, and execute complete vehicle durability tests according to established protocols and automotive industry standards
• Conduct hands-on testing activities in laboratory and field environments, ensuring accurate data collection and meticulous record-keeping
• Analyze test data using appropriate tools and methodologies to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support vehicle development initiatives
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards
• Support senior engineers in designing new test procedures and improving existing durability testing methodologies
• Organize and manage test schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure efficient project execution

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with test planning, execution, and testing collection in technical environments
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing
• Organized approach to managing multiple testing activities and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments and communicate findings clearly
• Familiarity with automotive testing standards and regulations

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle durability testing principles and methodologies
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or vehicle testing operations
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and software for data interpretation
• Experience operating laboratory or field testing equipment
• Knowledge of automotive quality assurance processes
• Project coordination or technical support experience
• Familiarity with automotive design and engineering principles
