Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

As part of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, family, and business contacts. Your creativity and enthusiasm will support you in your day-to-day tasks, including:

  • Attending to reception duties including telephone calls, and assisting residents and visitors, in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Receive and log resident maintenance requests, and raise IT tickets into the appropriate system
  • Complete the monthly reconciliation of resident charge out for services in preparation for invoicing
  • Complete cash handling reconciliations and banking tasks
  • Support the Management Team and wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as requested

This is a part time role Monday to Wednesday.

Qualifications

Strength and competence in customer service and administration through experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to think on their feet and solve problems and take responsibility
  • Client focused with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain accurate records showing attention to detail
  • Strong experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in using and learning new electronic systems e.g. intranet
  • Expereince in MYOB an advantage
