You'll be responsible for the operational delivery of Arvida’s property strategy, ensuring our communities are safe, well-maintained, compliant and fit for the future. Reporting to our Head of Property & Assets, you’ll lead national property maintenance planning, support capital decision-making, and provide expert guidance to village and regional property teams. • Lead and oversee minor capital works and remediation projects (up to $250k)
  • Provide specialist advice to Village Managers, Property Managers and operational leaders
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies
  • Champion best practice in asset lifecycle management, risk, compliance and health & safety
  • Identify opportunities to improve, innovate and strengthen how property services are delivered nationally
  • Mentor, support and influence property teams across the country
  • Contribute to executive and board-level reporting, systems improvement and national frameworks
