About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our Hong Kong Sales Team to expand our global business development efforts. As we further our mission to inspire the world to sell, we need to ensure we grow sustainably with healthy revenue streams. This role will be able to execute swiftly to acquire new merchants as well as upsell/ cross-sell existing merchants and be responsible for the after-sales services to maintain a strong and healthy relationship with existing clients. • 開拓新客源、建立業務關係、管理客戶賬戶及尋找潛在銷售機會

• 根據客戶需求提供個性化的產品建議，以推銷我們的產品服務及其價值

• 維繫與現有客戶之間的信任與良好合作關係

• 研究企業和個人商戶，以了解客戶群的性質，進而辨識新的銷售機會

• 參加研討會及行業相關活動

• 致力達成每月個人業績目標

• 準備每週和每月的業績進度報告

• 運用 AI 工具協助帳務管理與提升客戶成功成果，包括了解客戶需求、提升互動、並推動留存與擴展

Qualifications

• 具備1~2年銷售經驗，相關產業佳

• 能運用 AI 工具進行潛在客戶開發，並找出新的商機，善於以數據導向方式推動開發與建立銷售管道

具以下條件會被優先考慮

• 具備電子商務或相關產業的銷售經驗，並有良好的業績紀錄

• 曾於步調快速的初創公司工作

• 熟悉Carousell 平台上的產品分類，熟悉或具備某些產品分類之專業知識
