Description du poste
Cette offre est ouverte en CDD pour remplacement maternité en full remote avec des réunions mensuelles à Porto ou Lisbonne (à définir).
Vous aurez pour missions de :
- Être le point de contact des CPAM (Caisses Primaires d’Assurance Maladie en France) pour gérer les dossiers des salariés de nos clients.
- Établir des attestations de salaire via le portail Net-Entreprises.
- Contacter les CPAM (Caisses Primaires d’Assurance Maladie en France) concernant les dossiers en attente, par téléphone et par e-mail.
- Remplir des fichiers de suivi, les analyser afin de détecter les écarts et les traiter.
Qualifications
- Une expérience en service client et/ou en Back Office
- Maîtrise de la langue française
- Excellente communication écrite et orale
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques
