• Assist in translating business strategies into smart, tailor-made solutions for banks
• Support initiatives that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and strengthen banks' innovative capabilities
• Contribute to complex digital transformations, such as advanced payment solutions and wealth management systems
• Own subprojects and deliverables that help implementing  transformation plans
• Enhance collaboration within your own team and with other teams at Deloitte to achieve the best results for our clients
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the banking industry
• Support banks in embracing new technological possibilities.

Qualifications

By nature you are solution‑oriented with a proactive attitude and communicate ideas effectively to solve problems. More importantly, you bring your own qualities, worldview, and personality. As a (Senior) Consultant you also have:

• A completed university education, preferably in a relevant field
• Initial experience with consultancy or in the banking sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and fluent English language, and preferably of a third language
• A keen interest in digital transformations within banking
