Vacatureomschrijving

​Als Consultant People Strategy & Transformation werk je aan uitdagende opdrachten en ondersteun je klanten bij grootschalige (HR) transformaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:​

  • Vertalen van organisatie- en businessstrategie naar een toekomstbestendige People Strategy;​
  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van HR Operating Models en dienstverleningsmodellen;​
  • Adviseren over en ondersteunen bij (digitale) transformaties;​
  • Uitvoeren van (data)analyses en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete aanbevelingen en businesscases;​
  • Faciliteren van workshops en vastleggen van observaties en vervolgstappen;​
  • Managen van projecten: plannen, coördineren en bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit;​
  • Bijdragen aan commerciële activiteiten en het uitbouwen van je professionele netwerk.

Functie-eisen

Je streeft ernaar om elke dag te groeien en werkt graag samen met collega’s. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn, met jouw unieke skills en persoonlijkheid. Verder beschik je als Consultant People Strategy & Transformation over:​

  • Ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit met projectmanagement;​
  • Minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met (kwantitatieve of kwalitatieve) analyses;​
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden​ met een beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (C1);
  • Hands‑on mentaliteit, nieuwsgierig en gedreven om impact te maken.

Als Consultant People Strategy & Transformation werk je in multidisciplinaire teams en ontwikkel je expertise binnen het People & Transformation domein, met focusgebieden zoals Strategy, Employee Experience, HR Operating Models en Digital HR. Samen met collega’s binnen Deloitte help je aansprekende klanten, nationaal en internationaal, bij hun volledige transformatie.​
