• You combine strategic thinking with practical execution power.
• You apply relevant knowledge of pension and insurance products, processes, and systems to improve core business processes for our clients.
• You lead projects within operations transformations, guiding clients from strategy to execution.
• You translate strategic issues into smart and future-oriented solutions, based on process design, digitalization, and data insights.
• You work in multidisciplinary teams on complex transformation challenges at (inter)national organizations in the pension and insurance sector and at asset managers.
• You coach (junior) team members to help them perform optimally at the client and develop personally.

Qualifications

You naturally enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems and have the interpersonal skills to convince others with well-reasoned perspectives. Above all, you dare to be yourself—with your own perspective on the world and your personality. As a Senior Consultant, you also have:

• A university Master’s degree, preferably in a business economics or technical field;
• 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with process improvement, project management, service delivery design, and/or technological transformation—preferably with experience in the financial sector at an insurer, pension provider, or asset manager;
• experience with project or program management and familiarity with process optimization and change management methodologies;
• strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations;
• excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• affinity with entrepreneurship and contributing to the further development of a team.

Additional Information

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of transformations. This starts with defining an operational strategy, followed by (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes.
