Job Description

• Manage a tax provision and compliance portfolio together with the manager on the job, which includes preparing and or reviewing the tax provision and tax compliance for your clients;
• Coach junior team members to grow both on content, skills and management;
• Develop your own technical and management skills, together with your coach and managers;
• Play a role in the development of our processes, templates and software;
• Contribute to our tax accounting and pillar II knowledge sessions;
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects with e.g. M&A teams, Risk advisory, Audit Advisory etc.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Consultant Tax Compliance:

• Good numerical skils;
• The ability to write in a professional and concise manner;
• a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in with a advisory / consultancy firm or inhouse;
• A completed bachelor's and master's degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics or Accountancy.

Additional Information

As a Senior Consultant Tax Compliance you are a linking pin between your multinational clients, junior and senior team members and colleagues from other tax and accounting teams.

Together with the team you will develop both your compliance and tax accounting skills and knowledge. If you have more experience with one of those, no problem! We will help you develop. You are involved in the full tax process for multinational clients, from helping them with their tax position in their financial statements to filing their tax return.

You will coach junior team members to make the step to (Senior) Consultant while you are actively coached by the manager and partner group to grow into a tax manager, personal development is key.

In our team we are work in a flexible manner, both from the office and from home. It is possible to work from Deloitte offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Zwolle as a home base.
