Wir führen Instand­haltungs­arbeiten an förder­technischen Anlagen u. a. für folgende Branchen durch: Energie­­wirtschaft, Bergbau, Hafen­umschlag, Dünge­mittel­industrie, Metallurgie, Baustoff­industrie, Chemie- und Zement­industrie. Unser Leistungs­spektrum erstreckt sich von der Fertigung und Montage über die Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Inspektion, Instandhaltung und Wartung.

    Stellenbeschreibung

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Anlage und Datenpflege von Kunden und Aufträgen
    • Erstellung von Auftragsrichtlinien, Präsentationen und Monthly Reports
    • Recherche und Benchmarking auf Kunden- und Lieferantenebene
    • Erstellen von Angeboten, Bestellanforderungen und Lieferterminverfolgung
    • Unterstützung bei allen administrativen Angelegenheiten des Vertriebs/ Projektmanagements

    Qualifikationen

    Ihr Profil:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
    • Grundkenntnisse in der Betriebswirtschaft und dem Vertrieb
    • Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Teamgeist
    • Kommunikatives Talent mit wertschätzender Durchsetzungsstärke
