- A business analyst is needed to help complete the implementation of the Assessment and Taxes Project.
- The new property tax system will replace the mainframe which processes all of the property tax payments.
- Define technical and business requirements for interfaces between existing systems and the new windows based property tax system.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements; experience planning
- and facilitating requirements gathering sessions; experience translating business and technical requirements into high-level design documents.
- Process flows, documented requirements, high-level design documents.
