About this role

Company Description

At Insights, we believe self‑awareness can change the world — and yes, we’re serious about that.

We help people understand themselves and others better, sparking stronger connections, braver conversations and more human workplaces. Our tools reach across the globe, but it all starts within. We’re curious, evolving and never done learning — and we absolutely love what we do.

We’re a place where differences are celebrated, growth is encouraged, and you can show up as your full self. No masks. No boxes. Just people being people.

Job Description

Own it. Build it. Grow it.

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join us for the project kick off 1st July on a 9-month FTC working directly for Insights.

You’ll lead the end-to-end rebuild of our flagship website, which is a critical platform at the heart of our growth strategy.

From day one, you’ll take full ownership: shaping the vision, driving delivery, and launching a best-in-class digital experience. And it doesn’t stop there as you’ll continuously optimise performance, conversion and user journeys to deliver real commercial impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a major website rebuild — from concept through to launch and beyond
  • Own the platform as a core growth engine, driving engagement, pipeline contribution and measurable results
  • Act as the bridge between brand and digital, ensuring experiences are compelling, customer-led and commercially sharp
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Partners to align priorities and deliver at pace
  • Manage complex, global programmes — balancing quality, speed and budget
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise, using data to inform decisions and improve performance

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes (website rebuilds, migrations, platforms)
  • Strong understanding of CMS, LMS, LXP and digital ecosystems
  • Confidence operating in fast-paced, global B2B environments
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions
  • A data-led mindset — you measure what matters and deliver impact
  • Confidence using tools like Jira, Confluence (or similar), with relevant project/programme management credentials
  • Curiosity and confidence to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve delivery and outcomes
  • Experience building strong relationships with agencies and partners

How you’ll succeed

You’re someone who:

  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Communicates with clarity, confidence and empathy
  • Balances customer experience, brand integrity and commercial outcomes
  • Stays focused on results, not just activity

Additional Information

Must be able to start 1st July for the crucial project kick off and complete the 9 month FTC working directly for Insights. You're entitled to 35 days annual leave (pro rata for 9 months)  + benefits.
