Job Description

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Queensland.

In this hands-on role, you will provide exceptional after-sales service and technical support to our customers by attending scheduled service calls, assessing, and repairing furniture with professionalism and care.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting issues and determining the most appropriate repair solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation including service reports and photo records.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining your tools, equipment and company vehicle to ensure reliability.
  • Committing to health and safety practices and proactive hazard reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hands-on service, repair, or technical role (furniture or similar industry highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail when completing service documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
