Winning Wheels, Inc. is a long-term rehabilitation care center for adults with brain and spinal cord injuries. We serve a unique population creating a fun, dynamic and rewarding work environment. We are a non-profit organization that is not part of a larger corporation or system so we are able to put PEOPLE before profits!


At Winning Wheels our team member's dedication is rewarded with generous compensation, comprehensive employment benefits and bonuses awarded every pay period.


There is currently a sign on bonus of $7,500, as well as a bonus holiday paid every pay period allowing our nurses to work 36 hours (6 12 hour shifts) and get paid for 80.


We also offer a company daycare with a discount of 75% on tuition!
