About this role
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain healthcare solutions using modern PHP frameworks and practices.
- Work on SugarCRM modules, upgrades, and integrations.
- Upgrading existing applications to PHP 8+.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following OOP best practices.
- Work extensively with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, architects, and stakeholders to deliver product features.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of PHP development experience.
- Proven experience with SugarCRM customization and development.
- Strong experience in PHP 8+, PDO, and OOP principles.
- Strong database skills in MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Composer for dependency and package management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
