Siamo alla ricerca di un Performance Marketing Specialist che coordinerà le strategie di acquisizione e conversione per il brand di riferimento. La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’implementazione, del monitoraggio e dell’ottimizzazione di campagne di digital advertising in contesti internazionali complessi (multilingua, multicountry e multicurrency).

Obiettivi e ResponsabilitĂ 

  • Gestire l'esecuzione operativa delle attivitĂ  di Performance Marketing sui principali canali (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate Programs, ecc.), garantendo l'eccellenza tecnica e strategica.

  • Partecipare attivamente alla definizione dei budget B2C e dei piani media stagionali, assicurando il raggiungimento dei target di vendita e di ROI prefissati.

  • Massimizzare l’efficienza della spesa pubblicitaria attraverso l’analisi costante dei KPI e il benchmarking delle metriche media (CPC, CPA, ROAS).

  • Collaborare con i team tecnici per la corretta implementazione dei sistemi di tracciamento (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, GA4) e redigere reportistica periodica per l'analisi delle performance.

  • Sviluppo di strategie integrate per la lead generation e il drive-to-store, analizzando i risultati in un'ottica di customer journey unificata.

  • Collaborare con il team creativo per il briefing di asset ad alto tasso di conversione e gestire cicli costanti di A/B testing su copy, creativitĂ  e landing page.

Qualifications

  • Laurea in Marketing, Economia o Comunicazione e un’esperienza consolidata di 3–5 anni in ruoli analoghi focalizzati sul Performance Marketing.

  • Padronanza avanzata di Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok e Pinterest Ads Manager; solide competenze in ambito SEA e gestione programmi di affiliazione.

  • CapacitĂ  di analisi dati tramite GA4 e strumenti di data visualization come Tableau o Looker Studio per identificare trend e opportunitĂ  di crescita.

  • Approccio proattivo, eccellenti capacitĂ  organizzative e attitudine all'innovazione tecnologica, con una spiccata sensibilitĂ  verso la sostenibilitĂ  dei processi aziendali
