L'addetto all’ufficio Dogane è responsabile operativo del presidio e della gestione dei vari adempimenti previsti dalla normativa di import-export merci.
I suoi obiettivi sono: 1) Garantire la corretta e completa gestione delle informazioni, della documentazione relativa alle spedizioni da/verso i clienti 2) Interfacciarsi con gli uffici interni e i referenti esterni coinvolti nel processo di gestione del prodotto
- Gestisce i processi di import-export (tra cui preparazione documenti doganali e controllo fatture)
- Raccoglie documenti che verificano l'uscita merce dall'Ue
- Gestisce la tracciabilità e raccolta documenti per cessioni comunitarie ed extra-comunitarie ed eventuali solleciti
- Mantiene costante aggiornamento sulle tecniche e normative relative ai mercati gestiti
- Individua le modalità operative per il trattamento contabile delle operazioni, applicando le regole imposte dalla normativa civilistica e i principi contabili per la tenuta della contabilità
- Cura la produzione della reportistica, monitorando i flussi al fine di garantire la salute economico-finanziaria dell'azienda
Qualifications
- Diploma di Ragioneria e/o equipollenti
- Minima esperienza professionale maturata in ruoli affini (almeno 1-2 anni)
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1)
- Time Management e rispetto delle scadenza
- Team Working
