SPP (Supervised Practical Program)
- Help evaluate SPP and general team learning
- Be the assigned mentor of an SPP. Host them alongside your chair
- means little practically but that you’re rooting for them, helping them verbally with formulas and placements and providing their educators with feedback to help us help them
Education
- Be part of the team (Education) that ensures our skills are meeting the needs of clients
- Help ensure our level ladder and education system is hitting the mark
- With experience and training, participate in advanced education (teaching)
- Attend out of house education opportunities that come up - you’ll get first dibs! (for example - there may be opportunities to travel to Davines events, product information nights or what have you)
- Participate in company meetings and offer simple sessions on things such as:
- Products
- Customer service
- Blow outs
- Consultations tips
- Sink services
Compensation:
- Increased commission (since SPP): +2%
- Hourly wage for teaching classes and meetings: $25 (same as teacher)
- If sent out to education, cost of education is paid for.
