    Job Description

    1. Plans and executes assigned marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, content, PR, internal communication)

    2. Creates content for assigned channels

    3. Tracks performance metrics and produces reports for stakeholders

    4. Analyzes performance of assigned campaigns and optimizes tactics

    5. Manages relations with marketing vendors

    6. Manages budgets and billing for assigned channels

    7. Performs updates of the PSI website

    8. Plans and supports PSI events, working with the global marketing events team

    9. Contributes to PSI marketing strategy

    10. Mentors junior members of the marketing team

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Humanities

    2.3+ years of experience executing large marketing campaigns

    3. Knowledge of social medial tools and trends

    4. Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
