Job Description
ā¢ Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment
ā¢ Monitor the misuse of equipment
ā¢ Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards
ā¢ Deliver exercise classes and workshops
ā¢ Demonstrating activities for participants to follow
ā¢ Showing participants how to use exercise machines and free weights properly
ā¢ Supervising clients to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
ā¢ Leading group exercise classes, such as circuit training, aerobics or spinning
ā¢ Creating personal exercise programmes
Qualifications
- BSc/HND ion Physical & Health Science
- A minimum of 2year's working experience
