Job Description

Propósito general:

Controlar y dar seguimiento a la administración de bodega y distribución secundaria, asegurando la correcta liquidación, facturación y gestión de inconvenientes en bodega y distribución, según los lineamientos de la compañía, para cumplir con los indicadores de la agencia y mantener un buen ambiente laboral. Además, brindar soporte y cobertura a las posiciones a cargo de las agencias durante los períodos de ausentismo a nivel nacional.

Qualifications

Finalidades especificas:

  • Coberturar los ausentismos en las posiciones a cargo de las agencias, dando soporte a las operaciones clave dentro del proceso.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de las operaciones visitadas.
  • Liderar los proyectos de implementación y apertura de nuevas operaciones.
  • Gestionar las funciones del personal durante los períodos de ausentismo.
  • Proporcionar soporte a las áreas o procesos críticos identificados en la operación.

Additional Information

Requisitos:

• Bachiller en Administración, Marketing o Ingeniería Industrial.

•Experiencia mas de 1 año en puestos similares.

•Conocimiento en SAP.
