We are seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Associate- Lion's Den Café located at our Welcome Center, to join our dedicated Café staff! You will assist with guest orders, serving, prepping, food service, and cleaning in our professional Café/Kitchen. Must be available to work Full-Time including weekends. Excellent Pay and Benefits! Responsibilities:

• Cashier duties
• Stock/Inventory
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard ordering and communicate special diet orders 
• Operate standard Café equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain Café equipment, utensils, and overall Restaurant
• Work as a team to serve our guests while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking, restaurants, food service, or other related fields: Preferred but no required.
  
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Required/Other: 

• Valid Drivers License and reliable own vehicle
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to lift 50lbs or more
• Able to stand for long periods of time
  
• Perform other duties as requested
• Ability to work as a team
