Job Description

As a Home Instead Care Professional, your day-to-day activities will be wonderfully varied and genuinely rewarding: -

  • Culinary Companion -  Prepare delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner for your clients, making mealtimes enjoyable and nourishing 
  • Personal Care Support - Assist with personal hygiene and self-care routines, helping your clients feel confident and comfortable
  • Medication Matters - Help manage medications and support self-care practices with care and attention 
  • Social Butterfly - Provide genuine companionship and meaningful conversation—because connection matters!
  • Adventure Buddy - Accompany your clients to appointments, shopping trips, or outings, making every outing an opportunity for a chat and a smile
  • Daily Routine Champion -  Support your clients with their morning preparations and evening routines, setting them up for a great day or a restful night

Qualifications

No care experience? No problem! We'll give you all the training you need to become a brilliant care professional. What we're really after are people from all walks of life who share our passion for compassionate care and genuinely want to get to know our clients like they're part of your own family.

Here's what you'll need to bring to the table: - A full driving licence and your own transport (so you can be our clients' personal chauffeur!)  A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives

Position subject to Enhanced DBS clearance (we take safety seriously, so this is a must-have)
