Job Description
Care Assistant – Home Care
Ruislip & Harrow Area
With Home Instead
Joining Home Instead means becoming part of a supportive and professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality care at home. We pride ourselves on employing compassionate, reliable staff and providing excellent training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
Working Hours
- Full-time shifts available:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 4:00pm – 9:00pm
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
About the Role
You will travel throughout the Ruislip and Harrow areas, providing high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders and administration
- Light household and domestic tasks
- Companionship and social support
- Activities such as reading, puzzles, board games, or watching favourite shows
- Updating our care app after each visit so family members can stay informed about their loved one’s wellbeing
