Job Description

Being a Care Professional is a truly rewarding career where no two days are the same. With minimum one-hour care visits and thoughtful client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-centred care while building meaningful, lasting relationships with the people you support.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life every single day. Whether you are offering companionship, supporting with daily routines, or helping clients remain independent in their own homes, your care has a lasting impact.

If you are naturally caring, compassionate, and looking for a role where your kindness is valued, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for dedicated Care Professionals who have access to reliable transportation, as some of our clients live in more rural areas and may need support attending doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and other essential outings.

Qualifications

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle to travel to and from client locations.

No previous qualifications or experience are required — we are looking for people with genuine caring qualities, compassion, and a real desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Please note: applicants must currently reside in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role at this time.
