We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference in the quality of life of our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea.  As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship
• Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
• Meal preparation and light housework
• Building strong professional relationships
• Assistance with personal care and taking medications
• Daily exercise

What does being a Caregiver involve?

• Minimum 2-hour visits
• Shadowing before care starts with trained care professional
• Introductions to all new clients
• Caregivers matched clients based on hobbies and interests.
• Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful and be able to provide availability which may include alternate weekends.
