Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team Milnrow and Littleborough area's as a Care Professionals.

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes, including:

• Companionship and conversation
• Helping with daily routines and personal care
• Supporting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assisting clients to stay active and independent
