Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed hours contracts available
  • Competitive pay: £13.40 – £14.42 per hour
  • £20 per hour on Bank Holidays
  • 35p mileage allowance
  • Minimum 1-hour calls – giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visits
  • Accredited training and ongoing professional development

  • Variable working patterns available
  • 4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next)
  • Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential) 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.
