Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to join our growing team. This role is primarily office-based, with time spent supporting clients and staff in the field.

Salary

• £28-£30k

Key Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)

• Previous experience within the care sector (essential)

• Some management or supervisory experience preferred

• Full UK driving licence (Preferred)

• Ability to work both in the office and in the community

This role is not suitable for candidates who are new to the care sector or do not hold the required qualification.
