Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Rugby as a Care Professional. You will be providing a variety of non-medical services to help them stay independent in their own homes.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

We have a range of hours available to suit most people.

You can choose your hours to work around your life. We do ask that you work alternate weekends within your availability.

You work with the same clients to build a relationship and have a connection with the clients that you look after. We offer paid travel time and mileage on top.
