We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Head of Live-in Client Experience to join our warm and supportive team.

This role will be primarily based at our Godalming office, with responsibility for overseeing our Live-in Client Services across Home Instead Guildford and Woking, Home Instead Godalming, and Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne.

Job Description

Join Home Instead and help shape and deliver our exceptional live-in care services for older adults.

  • Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience

  • Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments

  • Maintain accurate digital records

  • Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions

  • Build relationships with clients, families & professionals

  • Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers

  • Promote services locally & online to grow client base

  • Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota

  • Participate in on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

Β  Β  Β  Β  Β About You

  • Experience in live-in careΒ or similar role (preferred)

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role

  • Strong communication & organisational skills

  • Passionate about person-centred care

  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role

  • UK driving licence preferred and means of transport if required to visit clients within the territory
