This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

Average 7 miles per day. Pay rates from £12.00 - £25.40 per hour.

Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Taunton and Wellington as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of services to help them keep independence in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Award winning training provided and pay rates from £12.00 - £25.40 per hour. You will have paid introduction to your clients including shadow visits, employee benefits portal, ongoing well-being support from a friendly and dedicated office team and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications necessary, we provide all training. 

Your compassion, empathy and reliability are the most important aspects! 

Additional Information

As a Care Professional you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support. You will need to have access to transport and live in or around the Taunton or Wellington area.
