Looking for Part-Time Work with a Purpose in Teignmouth?

Drivers Only | Local Clients | £13.05 to £13.55 per hour (including holiday pay)

At Home Instead, we’re proud to deliver care that’s personal, not rushed. Our team supports older adults across the local area with one-to-one visits that make life easier, safer, and more joyful. What You’ll Be Doing
Every visit is a little different, but here are some of the ways you’ll make a difference:

• Popping in for a friendly chat and a cuppa
• Helping with washing, dressing, and personal care in a kind, respectful way
• Preparing simple meals or picking up some shopping
• Supporting with medication prompts or getting out and about
• Most importantly, being a familiar face who helps someone feel safe, seen and valued

What Makes This Role Different
We don’t do 15-minute calls or packed rotas.
We give you time to care properly and match you with regular clients, so you can build real, lasting relationships with a minimum of an hour each visit.

What You’ll Get from Us

• £13.05 to £13.55 per hour including holiday pay
• Paid mileage at 40p per mile. Paid travel time or waiting time, depending on the area.
• Full paid training – no experience needed
• A consistent schedule with regular clients

A Few Things You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Availability for a few weekdays, alternate weekends or evening shifts
• A caring nature and a desire to help others live well at home
