We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing exceptional support to clients across Bordon and the surrounding areas in East Hampshire. 

To provide the best care for our clients, we are specifically looking for Care Professionals who can offer:

Morning availability (essential)
At least 2 evenings per week (essential)
Every other weekend (essential)

We are also seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team for waking night shifts. This role is ideal for those who are attentive, compassionate, and able to work independently during overnight hours.

We are seeking Care Assistance who are car drivers and possess a valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle. 

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their homes and communities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Description

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide dedicated, unhurried care that makes a genuine difference. Every day is varied, and you’ll support clients with:

• Companionship – meaningful conversation, sharing hobbies, and reducing loneliness

• Personal care – helping with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Medication support – prompting or assisting with prescribed medication

• Meal preparation – helping clients enjoy nutritious meals

• Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, keeping homes safe and comfortable

• Mobility assistance – supporting gentle movement or walking

• Errands and outings – accompanying clients to appointments or local shops

With minimum 1-hour visits, you’ll have the time to build real relationships and deliver care the right way—unrushed and personal.
