At Home Instead Oxford, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our friendly team as Care Assistant's. Whether you're looking to start a new career in care or already have experience, we’ll support you every step of the way.

As a Care Assistant, your role will involve:

• Supporting with daily routines – including washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with medication where needed
• Helping with mobility and movement, ensuring comfort and safety
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly face
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns to keep clients safe and well

• £13.15 hour during the week and £13.95 per hour on a weekend

What do we need from you?

• We need you to be aged 18 or over and be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired
