What to Expect as a Care Professional:

• Introductions and shadow visits to help you get started
• Minimum 1-hour visits with each client
• A matching process based on your hobbies and interests to ensure you’re paired with the right clients

Additional Information

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of our clients
• Aged 18 or older
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (as you may be required to take clients out into the community)
