Job Description

We are recruiting for Weekend Care Assistants who want to join our amazing team!

**Driving license essential with access to vehicle**

Hours Required :

between 4pm- 10pm Every 2nd weekend but option for every weekend if preffered. 

Responsibilities include:

• Minimum 1 hour visits.
• Introductions to all clients
• Visiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and our client’s have continuity.
• Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.
• Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favourite board games etc, to going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.
• Personal care -Supporting clients with every day routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
• Medication support – prompting, assisting etc.

Qualifications

Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
