About this role
Company Description
We are looking for caring and compassionate Care Professional's to come and join our team in and around Northampton.
- Due to the nature of the job you will need access to a vehicle, driving licence, be able to work every other weekend along with a minimum of 2 evening's a week. Please be aware that we are not taking on new applications for sponsorship or visa's.
Job Description
Duties include:
- Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients
- To support our Clients within their own homes, with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties
- Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required
- Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs)
- Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided)
- Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App'
- Attend team meetings where require throughout the year

Qualifications
