Job Description
We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind and compassionate and are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care understanding our values and mission. With a minimum of 1 hour per visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused around quality of life.

Qualifications

Our Care Professionals work in the Portsmouth area covering all postcodes within PO1 to PO6 and should have access to reliable transport. Applicants should be over the age of 18 please.

The role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure and reference checks.
