Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 / hour + Benefits

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be an essential part of our efficient warehouse team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely movement of products throughout our facility. Your primary focus will be on accurately receiving, storing, picking, and packing items for shipment. You will conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining a well-organized and tidy warehouse environment. You will fulfill orders and meet customer demands with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

·        Performs all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

·        Understands inventory reports and transactions electronically.

·        Performs all cycle counting and full inventory functions at all manufacturing and warehouse locations.

·        Completes requests from Warehosue, Purchasing, AP, or Operations Specialist

·        Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. 

·        Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

·        Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of warehouse vehicles.

·        Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with warehouse policies.

·        Assisting with shipping and deliveries where required.

·        Identify any procedural/process trends that negatively impact inventory and communicate accordingly so proper action can be taken.

·        Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

·        3+ years of warehouse experience.

·        Highschool diploma or GED required.

·        Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures.

·        Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

·        Ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively with certification.

·        Proficient computer skills.

·        Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong people skills.

·        Available to work extended hours if needed.

·        While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear

·        Frequently required to stand and walk

·        Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

·        Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

·        Some local travel required
