You will provide them with one to one support within their home, so that they can remain independently living. • Successful professional & personal References
• Completion of application form
• Clear Enhanced DBS (up-front payment of £46.40, Home Instead reimburse after 3 months service).
• Business cover on car insurance. (Access to transportation preferable).

• Understanding capacity 

Home Instead treats each client as an individual. They will have their own reasons for needing extra support at home. Your daily activities will be varied and change from person to person. From light housekeeping, to companionship, meal preparation, assisting with medication, shopping and external activities, to arranging social activities and assisting with personal care routines. You will need to be willing to professionally provide all services to both male and female clients. 

Qualifications

No formal qualifications needed you will receive comprehensive training and shadowing  to get you started safely.
