Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and the Office Team, ensuring open communication and respect.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
• Willing to go through security checks required for the role

• £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays.
