£25k based on experience – office based

Job

We are looking for an experienced recruitment administrator to join our fantastic team based in the Bracknell area. We provide home care to older people in their own homes and have an Outstanding rating and great reputation in the community we have served for many years.

You will be working with our Recruitment manager supporting with recruitment administration tasks to ensure all candidates receive high quality of support from application to onboarding. We recruit care professionals and live in care professionals from the community locally and overseas. An experience of overseas recruitment will be a bonus.

There is an opportunity for you to learn and grow within this role and take on more responsibility within our growing recruitment function. 

Job description

  • Being responsive to candidates and engaging with them from enquiry, collecting the relevant documentation, and references and keeping in touch as they progress through the application process 
  • Support the recruitment manager with the admin and compliance to CQC regulations and Home Instead Franchise standards
  • Responsible for updating our ads online and offline
  • Manage the end to end candidate experience creating a positive and engaging journey

Skills

  • Previous experience of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment support ideally in a care or other regulated sector
  • Extensive administration experience and organisational skills 
  • Be a proactive, positive and highly responsive individual able to work flexibly based on the needs of the business and candidates
  • Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships
  • Proficient in use of online job boards primarily Indeed for candidate sourcing
