Home Instead recognise the importance of developing carers in care. As a private, high end, at home service that is provided to clients’ we are looking for Care Professionals to join our team.

The Role:

As a companionship led private care provision, we match our Care Professionals with our clients in order to provide Home Help, Meal Preparation – including cooking of 3 course meals, Sparkling Cleaning, Shopping and out and about activities.

Our Care professional role is only offered to those people who want to make care their carer and priority.

Home Instead offer the highest rates of pay in care. Guaranteed, salaried hours and regular shift patten to suit you as well as paid travel time.

Personal Development:

· Paid and supported qualifications NVQ level 2 to 4

· City and Guilds accredited Dementia and Alzheimer’s training

· Office internal system training to support career development role support to an office based role

Requirements of our Care professional’s:

· A caring heart. We cannot teach this!

· Six months as a Home Instead caregiver or two years in Domiciliary care

· Ability to work 30 or more hours with appropriate availability including on call

· UK Driving licence

· Clear DBS

· Appropriate references

· Ability to mentor a fellow Caregiver with under six months experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £18,700.00-£25,000.00 per year
