Job Description

We're looking for EVENING Full Time OR Part Time Support Worker to support our local clients in BS40, BS41, BS48 & BS8 areas. 

Our care team are the heart of our business and provide the highest quality care – care that they would be happy for their own family members to receive.

By visiting regular clients at regular times you will build strong relationships and rapport and with minimum 1 hour visits, introductions and shadow visits to all new clients – you’ll be confident and supported in the delivery of our care.

Qualifications

Join our growing team:

• Competitive salary from £11-£13 per hour  plus mileage allowance
• Your schedule will be tailored to shifts allocated Eg. Pm shift 5pm-10pm. Every other weekend will be EITHER pm shift (5-10pm) or double-shift (am & pm).
• Client visits are a minimum of 1 hour

As a Care Assistant/Carer you will:

• Complex care experience is a plus
• Have a full UK driving licence & with own transport
• Support your clients ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
• Provide support with Personal care, companionship and home help
• Provide Dementia / Alzheimer care and lots lots more
• Have a heart of Gold and a caring nature.....
