Job Description

An entry level role that will provide a valuable foundation of the asset management industry to the right motivated individual. Major responsibilities will include ensuring client cash flows are properly received, booked, and matched within the firm’s order management system.

  • Follow a client directed flow through its entire life cycle – from receipt of instruction to delivery of cash.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all client direct flows for audit.
  • Work alongside client strategy to engage and maintain excellent client relationships and promote our client-centric solution/culture.
  • Investigate and resolve client-related cash breaks.
  • Order Management System testing to identify bugs/enhancements
  • Assist with client onboarding documentation, transitions, and investment flow activity by working with Client Strategy, Implementation and Distribution teams as needed.
  • Create and deliver reports on various KPIs
  • Maintain accurate client data on Salesforce
  • Help identify areas of improvement and assist in implementing process efficiencies
  • Participate in firm-wide training and professional development sessions when available
  • Promote and support our principles of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in client service, investment management industry experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to multi-task and to manage various assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in managing tasks as well as diligent with following up on outstanding items.
  • Ability to consistently meet all internal/external deadlines
  • Self-confidence; ability to function as both a self-starter and a team player
  • Flexibility; ability to adapt to growth and change
  • Detail orientation and a high degree of accuracy are required
  • Strong communication skills – familiarity with speaking in a professional manner to clients. 

Additional Information

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Full time employees may be eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare, Dependent and Limited Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, an employee assistance program, and commuter and transit programs.  Additional voluntary programs include: supplemental health benefits including accidental injury, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance and pet insurance.
