Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating photorealistic assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projectsÂ
- Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring they run correctly in real timeÂ
- Working closely with technical artists and game designersÂ
- Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decalsÂ
- Working with high-poly photogrammetric objectsÂ
- Performance optimization and bug fixingÂ
Qualifications
You don't need to know everything right away - the desire to develop is key.Â
We expect you to have:
- A relevant higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artistÂ
- Basic understanding of the following processes:Â
- Low-poly and high-poly creation (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3dMAx)Â
- Understanding of the PBR pipelineÂ
- UVÂ mappingÂ
- Baking maps such as normal and AOÂ
- Texturing in Substance Painter - Experience working with artists, designers, and technical specialistsÂ
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailÂ
- Readiness to learn new tools and technologiesÂ
- Proactive, independent, and curiousÂ
- Language: English at basic level, other languages will be a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with Unreal Engine or UnityÂ
- Strong, high-quality portfolioÂ
- Advanced knowledge of ZBrushÂ
- Basic knowledge of level art and lightingÂ
- Experience in game development companiesÂ
