About this role
As a Head of Global Sales you will play a critical role in leading our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in software product sales, a robust network within the UAE forex and finance industry, and the ability to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy.
- Lead, manage and scale a multi-regional sales team.
- Identify and open new markets, client segments and partnership opportunities to drive business expansion.
- Work closely with marketing, compliance, product, and customer support to ensure a holistic and compliant sales approach.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Report regularly to the management on sales performance, opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of global FX markets, trading platforms and client behaviour.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FX or Financial Services industry in the UAE.
- Experience in leading international sales teams and expanding into MENA markets.
- Results-oriented go getter with a hands-on approach.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Arabic is preferred
- At least 2 years minimum tenure as Head of Sales/Country Manager or Senior Sales within the brokerage in the UAE
